The main feature of the homes, is that they are all designed for outdoor Arizona living, with courtyards, patios and options such as pools, built in cookers, fire pits etc. Large windows will feature in most of the homes, to take advantage of the stunning views.

Huntley is pursuing LEED certification for some of the homes. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a national benchmark from the U.S. Green Building Council for the design, construction and operation of high performing green buildings.

The development will employ water saving techniques, and use indigenous plants in the landscaping to protect and align the community with the native environment.
